TOMAS J. PEPITO, Sto. Domingo, Angeles City \u2013 Police on Wednesday arrested a Korean national in&nbsp;Angeles City for violation of the Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC) law.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>In a report to &nbsp;Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., Angeles City police commander Col. Amado Mendoza&nbsp;&nbsp;identified the suspect as Myoungku Yun,&nbsp;&nbsp;a Korean national residing &nbsp;in&nbsp; Bgy. Malabanias, Angeles City, Pampanga.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Yun was arrested in his residence based on a warrant issued by the Municipal Trial Court, Branch 61, Third Judicial Region for violation of Republic Act 9262 or the VAWC law.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mendoza said the Angeles City police will continue to fight for the safety of the city&#8217;s&nbsp; women and children against any aggression,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BY KEVIN GALANG CAMP LT.
