Mu\u00f1oz, Nueva Ecija; and Dagupan, Pangasinan registered 47 degrees.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>It was 43 degrees from the Quezon City and Pasay City stations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Heat index is the apparent temperature felt by the body taking into account relative humidity, which is defined by experts as the measure of how much water vapor is in a water-air mixture compared to the maximum amount possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Health experts advised everyone to stay hydrated during days of extreme heat, keep drinking water before you feel thirsty, especially if outdoors or performing physical activity.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>THE province of Zambales on Sunday recorded 53&deg;C, classified as &ldquo;extreme danger.&rdquo;
