BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A 5-YEAR-OLD boy on Monday drowned at a resort\u2019s swimming pool in La Paz, Tarlac<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Tarlac police reported to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. that the victim was Jofer Lumibao, a resident of Bgy. Asturias, Tarlac City, Tarlac.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Initial probe showed that the victim’s family went to swim at Casa Carmelita Resort located in Purok 6, Bgy.
