THREE elderly people on Sunday night died while two others were seriously injured when the car they were riding crashed into a concrete post in Luisiana, Laguna.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a report to Laguna OIC Provincial Director Col. Gauvin Mel Unos, Luisiana police chief Maj. Glenn Cuevas identified the fatalities as <\/strong>Criselda Paderas Casa, a 60-year-old resident of Tanay, Rizal who was the driver of the car; and her passengers, a <\/strong>70-year-old man, and a 65-year-old woman.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Cuevas said the 70-year-old man and the 65-year-old woman died while being brought to Luisiana District Hospital while Casa was declared dead on arrival at the Laguna Provincial Hospital.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Their two other passengers of the vehicle are in serious condition at the Laguna Provincial Hospital.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The road crash occurred at 6 p.m. on Sunday while the victims were traveling in a red Toyota Wigo with plate number<\/strong> KLB 412 on their way to Lucban, Quezon.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n An investigation showed the car suddenly swerved to the opposite lane and hit the concrete post on the side of the road in Bgy.
