BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A 33-YEAR-OLD businessman on Monday was killed while his female companion was injured in a gun attack in Cabanatuan City.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., the Cabanatuan police identified the fatality as Jechcris Realisan, 33, a buy-and-sell trader residing in Sampaguita St., Bgy. Tagumpay, Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Realisan\u2019s companion, Jennela Ponce, 32, of Bgy. Pinamalisan, also in Gabaldon, was injured in the attack.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The shooting occurred at Villa Luz Subd., Bgy. Mabini Homesite, Cabanatuan City.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n An investigation showed the victims were in a gray Mitsubishi Lancer Sedan with plate no. XKN886 when shot several times by the suspect on a motorcycle.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The gunman fled after the attack.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Witnesses rushed the victims to the Dr. PJGMRMC, where Realisan was pronounced dead-on-arrival.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Ponce is being treated after sustaining a bullet wound on her foot.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Authorities immediately launched \u201cOplan Bakod\u201d to track down the gunman.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" BY KEVIN GALANG A 33-YEAR-OLD businessman on Monday was killed while his female companion was injured in a gun attack in Cabanatuan City.
