BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n THE \u2018Oplan: Pagtugis\u2019 drive of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) -Angeles City on Sunday resulted in the arrest of the no. 2 most wanted person in Central Luzon.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Members of the CIDG Angeles CFU, together with the CIT-Angeles RIU3, PIT- Tarlac RIU3, La Paz MPS, PS-3 ACPO and CIDMU ACPO, arrested Reonel Cunanan, a resident of 226, Purok 3, Sitio Maligaya, Bgy.
