BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n THREE Chinese nationals, including a woman, on Friday were arrested while another killed himself to avoid being caught by operatives in an operation in Angeles City, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Angeles City police director Col. Amado Mendoza Jr. reported to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. that the fatality was Wu Fuwen, 38.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The arrested were Feng Zhengzheng, 29; Chou Yibo, 33; and Wang Yan, female, 25; all Chinese nationals residing at Zone 1, Phase 2, Blk. 36, Lot 4, Mansfield, Bgy. Sto. Domingo, Angeles City, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Operatives of the Angeles City police assisted the members of the Bureau of Immigration Fugitive Search Unit in the implementation of a mission order to arrest the suspects who were allegedly involved in kidnap-for-ransom activities.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Two of the Chinese nationals, including Fuwen, were overstaying in the country.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Police said they saw Fuwen, along with two other male individuals, exiting at the back of the house, in Mansfield, Bgy. Sto.
