BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A STORE owner on Thursday was killed by riding-in-tandem gunmen in San Miguel, Bulacan.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. identified the victim as Regie Alvarez, 49, of Sitio Batuhan, Sta. Ines, San Miguel, Bulacan.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Alvarez was opening his store when two men on a motorcycle arrived and without provocation fired shots at him.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The gunmen fled towards Bgy.
