Cuayan, Angeles City, Pampanga.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nabbed was Long Chen, of Savannah Green Plains, Bgy.
