Boulevard, where 90 individuals were evacuated at the Baluarte Elementary School.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>On Monday, the <\/strong><strong>city government of Iloilo has enforced preemptive evacuation of communities residing in high risk and those with high exposure to the impact of \u201cCarina.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Based on Executive Order No.107 signed by Mayor Jerry Tre\u00f1as on Sunday night identified communities for the preemptive evacuation were barangays Boulevard, San Juan, and Calumpang in Molo district; Sto. Ni\u00f1o Norte, Sto. Ni\u00f1o Sur and Calaparan in Arevalo; and Ortiz, General Hughes, Maria Clara, and Rizal Ibarra in the city proper.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ilocos Norte and Pangasinan also braced for \u201cCarina\u201d as &nbsp;the weather disturbance continues to bring light to moderate rains in this part of Luzon.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>In a flood advisory issued Monday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported that people living in mountain slopes and in the low-lying areas of rivers and tributaries of Bulu, Banban, Bacarra, Vintar, Laoag, and Quiaoit in Ilocos Norte, as well as in lower Abra, Silay-Sta.
