TWO Chinese nationals on Tuesday were arrested while 13 others were rescued in a raid at a suspected Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGO) hub in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The raid, which was conducted inside a subdivision in Clark Freeport Zone in Mabalacat City, was part of the continuing anti-human trafficking operations by the Philippine National Police Criminal Investigation and Detection.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n According to PNP-CIDG director Maj. General Leo M. Francisco, arrested were alias \u201cTiago\u201d and alias \u201cTian Zhu.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The arrests were made based on seven search warrants for violation of Republic Act 9208 or the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003 as amended by RA 10364 or The Expanded Human Trafficking Act of 2012 issued by Guagua, Pampanga Judge Amor Dimatatac-Romero.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Francisco said the arrests were in line with the directive of PNP chief Gen.
