SINGAPORE Ambassador to the Philippines Constance See (3rd from left) yesterday graced this year’s commemoration of the 146th Birth Anniversary of the late President Manuel Luis Quezon.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n See was the guest of honor and speaker during the event held at Quezon\u2019s monument in Perez Park, Lucena City.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n See is escorted by Quezon Gov. Angelina Tan and Southern Luzon Command chief Lt. Gen.
