BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A RETIRED member of the Philippine Army on Thursday drowned while swimming at a resort in Dipaculao, Aurora.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Aurora police reported ti Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. that the fatality was identified as Elmer Gomez, 63, a retired soldier and an employee of the provincial government of Isabela residing in Bgy. Fugaru, Anganadan, Isabela.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Investigation showed the victim and some companions went swimming at Paradise Beach Resort in Sitio Asinan Purok 1, Bgy.
