BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n THE Association of Barangay Captains-Bulacan president and his driver on Thursday were killed in an ambush in Bgy. Ligas, Malolos City, Bulacan.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Slain were Ramil Capistrano, ABC president of Bulacan and a resident of Bgy. Caingin, San Rafael, Bulacan, and his driver Shedrick Suarez, of Bgy. Caingin, Malolos City also in Bulacan.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The victims were traversing the service road in Bgy. Ligas on board their vehicle, a Mitsubishi Montero with plate no.
