Ponge, the ABC president of Olongapo City, files her certificate of candidacy (COC) for mayor of Olongapo at the Commission on Elections office, SMX Convention Center on Tuesday. Ponge is running under the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP). \u00a0Running for vice mayor under the same political party is councilor Gina P.
