BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga \u2013 An anti-narcotics operation on Thursday resulted in the arrest of four suspects and the confiscation of some 73 grams of shabu in Bgy. Dapdap, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Redirico Maranan, Mabalacat City police commander Lt Col.
