BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n POLICE on Thursday arrested a town councilor, along with his driver, for hitting a barangay kagawad with a baseball bat in Marilao, Bulacan.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Nabbed were Andre Fabian Santos, 41, an incumbent municipal councilor and a resident of Bgy. Poblacion 2, Marilao, Bulacan; and his driver Fortunato Juares, 34, of Poblacion 2, also in Marilao.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Witnesses told police that victim Rodolfo dela Cruz, 60, a kagawad and a resident of Bgy.
