CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Four “high-value individuals” (HVIs) were arrested by the police while at least 80 grams of shabu worth P544,000 were seized in a buy-bust operation in Pampanga.
Pampanga Police director Col. Jay Dimaandal said arrested were alias “Bianca,” alias “Glo,” alias “Dan,” and alias “Seph,” all residents of Bgy. San Pedro Cutud.

The suspects and the seized illegal drugs were brought to the San Fernando police for proper documentation and disposition while charges are being prepared for filing in court.
Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jean S. Fajardo commended the successful operation and reaffirmed the PRO3’s resolve in its war against illegal drugs.
“The fight against drugs is far from over. Together, we can break the chains of the drug trade. Your cooperation and vigilance are crucial to ensuring that our communities remain safe and drug-free. Let’s unite and ensure that illegal drugs have no place in our society,” Fajardo said.
