CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — An American national listed as no. 4 most wanted man in Angeles City on Saturday was arrested in a joint police operation led by the intelligence operatives of the Police Station 5 in the city.
The suspect, identified only as alias “Jack,” a 38-year-old American national residing in Bgy. Cuayan, Angeles City, was nabbed by operatives from the Police Station 5, in coordination with Police Station 1, City Intelligence Unit- Angeles City Police Office, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group Angeles City Field Unit and the Regional Intelligence Unit 3 CIT Angeles.
Alias “Jack” was arrested based on a warrant for attempted kidnapping issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 12, Third Judicial Region of Olongapo City, Zambales.
Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio Peñones Jr. commended the operating teams for their swift action.
“The arrest of a high-value target such as alias “Jack” only proves our commitment to bringing criminals to justice, no matter who they are or where they come from. We will not allow Central Luzon to be a refuge for law violators. This success highlights the effectiveness of coordinated intelligence work among our units,” Peñones said.
He added that PRO3 remains relentless in its efforts to rid communities of wanted individuals and ensure public safety through precision policing and lawful operations.
