AN unidentified man armed with a gun on Tuesday shot dead a 36-year-old woman in Quezon City.
The woman, a mother of six children, was seen talking to the suspect before she was shot around 6p.m. Tuesday at Sitio Mendez, Bgy. Baesa, Quezon City.
The victim sustained gunshot wounds to the neck and shoulder and was declared dead on the spot.
Witness told police that the gunman fled by taking a motorcycle from a passing rider .
A relative of the victim told probers that prior to the killing, the victim was eating “tusok-tusok” when the suspect approached and spoke with the woman.
Moments later, the woman walked away when the suspect suddenly pulled put a gun and shot her several times.
The victim left behind six children, all minors, with the youngest only four years old.
Investigators of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) are reviewing CCTV footages in the area to identify and arrest the gunman,
