GOOD news for Filipinos dreaming of owning a home—now is the perfect time to apply for a Pag-IBIG Housing Loan.
Presidential Communications Office Undersecretary and Palace Press Officer Claire Castro said the Pag-IBIG Fund has lowered its housing loan interest rates and expanded its housing loan options in line with the vision of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to make homeownership more affordable for Filipinos.
She noted that under the revised rates, qualified borrowers can enjoy reduced monthly amortizations during the first three years of their loan, easing the financial burden of purchasing a home and encouraging more families to invest in their own property.
Castro said Pag-IBIG Fund also encourages eligible members to take advantage of the limited-time housing loan promo, which is up to December 31, 2026 only.
