A MEMBER of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) died of electrocution inside Camp Fort Ramon Magsaysay in Palayan City, Nueva Ecija..
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., the Nueva Ecija police identified the fatality as PVT Bernabe Pangiyan, 24, detailed at the 5IMB, IMCOM.
The victim, a resident of Bgy. Appas, Tabuk City, Kalinga, was making electrical repairs on the ceiling of the IMCOM building when he accidentally electrocuted.
Pangiyan was rushed to the Fort Magsaysay Army Station Hospital, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
