CAMP BRIG. GEN. VICENTE LIM, Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna – A rookie cop from Cavite was recognized as the “Huwarang Pulis 2023.”
Criminal Investigation and Detection Group Regional Field Unit 4A chief Col. Jacinto “Jac” Malinao Jr. led the awarding at the CIDG RFU 4A Conference Room in this camp.
Patrolman Owen Edrian Zamora of the CIDG Cavite was chosen as the winner amongst three other nominees.
Zamora received a plaque of recogniton from Malinao and a cash incentive from Regional Advisory Group (RAG) chairman and Mataas na Kahoy, Batangas Vice Mayor Jay Ilagan.
Other nominees from the difference Provincial Field Units (PFUs) also received a certificate of recognition and a cash incentive. They were Cpl. Dan Asi from Batangas, Pat. Quincy Joseph Bico from Rizal, and Pat. David Allan Arroyo from Quezon.
The activity was part of the best practice of the CIDG RFU 4A and the RAG’s contribution in support to the morale and welfare of the personnel of the CIDG RFU 4A.
