CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Operatives of the Cabanatuan City Police Station on Wednesday arrested a notorious drug peddler who is also in the province’s drug watchlist.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., the Cabanatuan police said seized from the male suspect were some 106 grams of shabu worth P720,800, and a cal. .38 pistol.
The arrested suspect will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Hidalgo commended his men for the arrest, saying the achievement is another clear indication of the police’s intensified campaign against illegal drugs in the region.
