PRESIDENT Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. opened the Malacañan Palace on Saturday to welcome thousands who availed free LAB for all, Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair and Kadiwa ng Pangulo caravan as part of the Office of the President’s (OP) Family Day celebration.
In his speech, President Marcos said the Family Day celebration is his way of paying back to the OP employees who wholeheartedly dedicated most of their time working for the government.
He said this is one way of giving them quality time to be with their loved ones through the Lab for all, Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair and Kadiwa ng Pangulo caravan.
The Family Day ran until December 3.
President Marcos also extended his gratitude to the OP employees for their unwavering support and exceptional service to the government and their excellent service to the Filipino people.
President Marcos also greeted OP employees and their families of a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
The President also announced two winners of two multi-purpose electronic bikes and 10 winners of housing units from the National Housing Authority (NHA).
Earlier in the program, President Marcos personally visited the Kadiwa ng Pangulo stalls, the services offered at the Serbisyo Karavan and the Lab for all booths, where basic laboratory services were offered.
