MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga – Mabalacat City re-electionist Mayor Crisostomo Garbo and vice mayoral candidate Win-Win Garbo, along with the rest of their slate, on Thursday signed a peace covenant for a peaceful, orderly and honest May 12, 2025 elections.
The signing was held at the San Rafael Arkanghel Parish in Bgy. Mabiga, this city.
Garbo said the whole slate attended the peace covenant signing.

With them during the signing were councilor candidates Noel Castro, engineer Rox Peña, Ralph Basti David, Totong Mendiola, Doc Cocoy Tiglao, Carl Dizon, Elmer Calaguas, Jerry Magsino, and Benjie Pangan.
The peace pact signing was organized by the Commission on Elections (Comelec), Philippine National Police (PNP), and other agencies to promote clean, honest, and peaceful elections in the city.
The candidates also vowed to a fair campaigning and responsible governance.
