A LAW student of the Dela Salle University in Taguig who was reported missing on Saturday was found dead in Naic, Cavite.
Police identified the victim as Anthony Granada, 25.
Granada was reported missing since June 8.
The victim was already in an advanced stage of decomposition when found at a vacant lot in Bgy. Sapa in Naic.
On Saturday, the Naic police said they received an information that a decomposing body was discovered in the area.
Police said that based on closed-circuit television footage, Granada was seen walking alone at past 9:20 p.m. on June 17 along Lopez Jaena Bridge.
The victim’s body was positively identified by his father.
An investigation is ongoing.
