CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Ten most wanted felons in Region 3 (Central Luzon) were hauled to jail by the police.
Seven of the most wanted men were captured within the first week of the month, underscoring the dedication of the PRO3 in protecting communities and delivering justice.
PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr. said they successfully captured all of September’s Top 10 Regional Most Wanted fugitives in just 11 days, proving their strong resolve to keep Central Luzon safe.
He commended the relentless teamwork of operating units that made the swift arrests possible.
“Catching all ten of our most wanted fugitives for the whole month of September in just a matter of days shows the strength of our commitment. PRO 3 will not stop until every lawbreaker is held accountable. Criminals have nowhere to hide, and justice will always prevail,” Peñones said.
“PRO3 will not rest until the last fugitive is behind bars. Criminals have nowhere to run, and justice will always catch up with them,” he added.
The official said these reflected the 7-Focus Agenda of acting PNP chief Lt. Gen. Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., particularly the call for enhanced managing police operations, intelligence-driven strategies, rapid deployment, and unified coordination.
“This is a victory for every law-abiding citizen. We are building safer communities, and those who choose crime will always face the law,” Peñones further said.
