MALACAÑANG on Friday announced that President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. reshuffled top executives of key agencies under the Department of Transportation (DOTr).
Presidential Communications Office Undersecretary and Palace Press Officer Claire Castro said Markus Lacanilao, the country’s special envoy on transnational crime, has been named Land Transportation Office (LTO) chairman.
Lacanilao replaced Vigor Mendoza II, who will now serve as chairman of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB).
Meanwhile, Mendoza replaced Teofilo Guadiz III as LTFRB chair.
Guadiz III has been appointed as the new chair of the Office of Transport Cooperatives (OTC)
