A 15-year-old girl who failed to return home from school was found dead in the vicinity of Holy Angel University (HAU) in Bgy. Sto. Rosario, Angeles City, Pampanga.
A report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Jess Mendez showed the victim was a resident of Bgy. Tabun, Angeles City.
Initial investigation showed that the victim’s mother sought police’s help after her daughter failed to return home.
The Angeles City Police Office immediately dispatched personnel to the area.
With the help of a security guard, the mother and the police searched the vicinity of the university’s High School Department, where they found the teenager unresponsive.
A review of available closed-circuit television footage reportedly showed the victim on the building before she fell from an upper floor at around 7:25 p.m. on July 28.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of the girl.
