OIL companies are set to lower the cost of fuel on Tuesday, September 1, the Department of Energy (DOE) said.
This after two consecutive weeks of price hikes.
Shell said it will reduce diesel and kerosene prices by P3.80 per liter, and gasoline by P0.30 per liter.
According to Seaoil it will cut the prices of diesel by P3.83 per liter, kerosene by P3.84 per liter and gasoline by P0.32 per liter.
Last week, the prices of diesel increased by up to P2.31 per liter, gasoline by up to P1.08 per liter, and kerosene by P0.95 per liter.
