Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin leads the groundbreaking rites for the city’s socialized housing project that is set to rise in Bgy. Mining. With him are Pampanga 1st district Rep. Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II, Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting, and members of the City Council. Mayor Lazatin said Angeleños can now have their own houses that are safe, and located in the center of the city.
