POLICE are conducting an in-depth investigation into an American national who was found dead in a hotel in Malabanias, Angeles City, Pampanga.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, Angeles City Police acting director Col. Joselito Villarosa Jr. said the victim was a 64-year-old American citizen staying at Devera Hotel on Don Juico Avenue in Malabanias, Angeles City.
An investigation showed a hotel housekeeper knocked on the room of the foreigner but no one answered, prompting him to inform the front desk.
The hotel management used the master key to open the door.
The American national was found lying on the floor in the comfort room, with knife wounds in his neck and arms.
