A 26-YEAR-OLD man who decided to take his dinner at a steakhouse on Sunday fell prey to “Basag-Kotse” gang in Malolos City, Bulacan.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, the Malolos City police identified the victim as Ian,a resident of Bgy. Longos in Malolos City.
Initial investigation showed that the victim parked his vehicle to have dinner at a steak house in Bgy. Longos
Hours later, he went back to his vehicle and was shocked to see the rear right window on the passenger side broken and the bag containing his personal belongings was missing.
Police are reviewing the CCTV footage in the area for possible identification and arrest of the suspect.
