CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – The Police Regional Office 3 under the leadership of Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo continues its efforts to uphold law and order, resulting in the capture of 2,017 wanted persons, including 393 individuals listed as most wanted, from January 10 to March 30.
According to Fajardo, the arrests reaffirmed PRO3’s commitment to delivering justice and ensuring that fugitives have nowhere to hide.
“We will not allow criminals to escape justice. The apprehension of these individuals, especially those involved in heinous crimes, is a clear message—accountability is inevitable,” Fajardo said.
“We remain steadfast in our duty to ensure safer communities for everyone,” she added.
Fajardo said the extensive operations conducted across Central Luzon demonstrate the PNP’s relentless pursuit of criminals and its determination to protect communities.
The Central Luzon top cop lauded the dedication and hardwork of PRO3 personnel, emphasizing that intelligence-driven strategies, operational precision, and strong coordination led to these successful arrests.
Of the 393 most wanted persons arrested, 108 are facing murder charges, 76 for rape, 59 for robbery, and 150 for illegal drug-related offenses.
The numbers highlight the effectiveness of PRO3’s intensified enforcement efforts in tracking and arresting high-profile fugitives.
According to Fajardo, with the guidance of PNP chief Gen. Rommel Francisco D. Marbil, PRO3 continues to enhance its operations and strengthen partnerships with local communities to maintain peace and security across the region.
“Community support plays a crucial role in our success. We encourage everyone to stay alert and help us ensure that justice is served,” Fajardo said.
