A report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr.by San Narciso police chief Maj. Ronaldo Valenzuela identified the victim as Renie Novilla, 36.
The suspect was Novilla’s friend, Edward Foronda, 54.
