Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez, assisted by Finance Secretary Ralph Recto, Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr., Ryan Christian Recto and Lipa City Mayor Eric Africa, leads the distribution of aid package under the Integrated Scholarship and Incentives Program (ISIP) for then Youth to 3,000 student beneficiaries at the Lipa Academy of Sports, Culture and Arts, in Lipa City, Batangas Saturday morning (Aug. 24, 2024). The program targets students in the tertiary and vocational levels who are struggling with financial issues. Among others, the beneficiaries stand to receive cash assistance every six months for tuition fee and other expenses. Present during the event are 143 districts and party-list representatives and other local government officials.
