A DEAD man was found inside a car in Concepcion, Tarlac on Sunday, October 1.
A report submitted to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. said the victim was found in a white Toyota Vios with plate number UVI 874 parked at Sitio Dawe, Bgy. San Francisco in Concepcion.
A 16-year-old boy told police he noticed the vehicle, with the engine,on parked near their home around 1 a.m. on Sunday.
The boy said at 7 a.m. on the same day, the car was still there so he decided to peek at the window of the vehicle. He saw inside an unconscious man.
Together with a friend, they knocked on the vehicle to wake the man up but the victim was unresponsive.
The teenager and his friend immediately informed a barangay kagawad, who reported the discovery to the Concepcion police.
Police are investigating the identity of the victim and what caused his death.
