CL COPS GET OWN WATER REFILLING STATION, LAUNDROMAT

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga –Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. on Monday unveiled a water refilling station and laundromat for men and women of the PRO3.

Hidalgo said the “For the Boys” initiative is part of  his steadfast commitment in promoting sustainability for the well-being of his personnel.

The initiative featured the installation of a free water refilling station at the PRO3 Regional Headquarters in Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

The inauguration of the water refilling station underscored Hidalgo’s commitment to providing clean drinking water for his personnel.

“This endeavor not only promotes health and hydration but also aligns with broader environmental goals by encouraging the use of reusable water containers, thereby reducing plastic waste,” Hidalgo said.

Alongside the water refilling station,  Hidalgo also introduced a laundromat facility within the PRO3 headquarters. 

The move reflects a holistic approach to enhancing the welfare of PRO3 personnel, ensuring they have access not only to clean drinking water but also to convenient laundry services.

The “For the Boys” initiative represents a proactive step towards sustainability and the improvement of working conditions within the police force. 

By prioritizing access to essential services like clean water and laundry facilities, Hidalgo demonstrated his leadership in fostering a healthier and more environmentally-conscious workplace for the PRO3 community.
