A WAREHOUSE manager on Saturday lost at least P400,000 in cash to robbers in Nueva Ecija.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., the Nueva Ecija police identified the victim as Carnel Miranda, 41, warehouse officer-in-charge of San Miguel Brewery Sales Office located in Poblacion, San Isidro, Nueva Ecija.
According to security guard Bernardino Verganio, 59, of Poblacion, San Isidro, he was about to go on duty when the four armed suspects suddenly appeared and hogtied his feet and arms.
The suspects then forcibly entered the warehouse and took at least P440,000 cash from the victim’s vehicle parked inside.
The robbers escaped by climbing the fence at the back of the warehouse.
Police tracker team are now conducting an operation to arrest the suspects.
