BATANGAS Police Provincial Office director Col. Jacinto “Jac” Malinao on Monday led the conduct of a surprise drug test on all police personnel at Camp Miguel Malvar, Batangas City.
According to Malinao, a drug test is important to make sure that all the members of the Batangas PPO are not involved in any way in illegal drugs.

The Batangas top cop also said that the move was part of the Philippine National Police’ Internal Cleansing Policy and to ensure a drug-free workplace.
“The conduct of a drug test is to make sure that all personnel working at our police provincial headquarters are drug-free,” Malinao said.
