POLICE on Sunday arrested a 24-year-old Chinese national for selling 500 grams of shabu worth P3.4 million to a poseur buyer in a buy-bust operation in Bgy. Cuayan, Angeles City, Pampanga.
Nabbed was Long Chen, of Savannah Green Plains, Bgy. Cuayan, Angeles City.
Operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Ageny (PDEA) – Pampanga seized from the suspect a brown paper bag with one resealable plastic containing the shabu, a cellphone and a BMW sedan used in the illegal drug trade.
The operation was conducted by joint operatives of the PDEA Pampanga Provincial Office and the Angeles City Police Station 5.
PDEA said Chen had been in the Philippines for nearly four years and was renting a unit in Angeles City.
The arrested Chinese national will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
