POLICE on Monday raided a house in Guagua, Pampanga and seized a gun and several ammunition.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., Pampanga police director Col. Jay Dimaandal said the raided house in Purok 1, San Rafael, Guagua, Pampanga is owned by Joemar Alfaro.
Alfaro eluded arrest.
Joint operatives of the Pampanga PIU, SWAT-Pampanga, 1st and 2nd PMFC-Pampanga, and Guagua police implemented a search warrant against the suspect.
Confiscated were one cal. .45 pistol loaded with two live bullets, a 5.56 gun magazine assembly, 13 bullets for 5.56 gun, three bullets for cal. .45 gun, five fired cartridges for cal. .45 gun, a cal. .38 pistol fired cartridge, two cal. .45 gun magazine assembly, 13 bullets for cal. .38 gun, a firearm case, a sling bag, one .9 mm live bullet, three bullets for cal. .22 pistol, 39 pieces of .9 mm bullet heads, and two pieces of gun cleaning kit.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act were filed against the arrested suspect.
