Philippine Fleet commander Rear Admiral Renato David shows Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez a Spike NLOS (non-line of sight) missile system as well as other equipment of the Philippine Navy shortly before the Speaker delivered his message to the officers and men of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) at the Naval Operating Base in Subic, Zambales Friday (Aug. 9, 2024).
