ANOTHER Australian national on Tuesday was found dead in his home in Angeles City, Pampanga.
Angeles City police director Col. Amado Mendoza Jr. identified the Aussie as Noel Edwin Lobegeiger, 79, of Josefa Subdivision, San Angelo St., Bgy. Malabanias.
According to the foreigner’s caregiver, Ma. Melit Ortega, she went to the apartment of Lobegeiger to prepare his food.
However, when she went inside the room, she saw the lifeless foreigner sitting on a chair, prompting her to seek help from a friend who informed the police.
Police found no visible injuries on the body of Lobegeiger.
Authorities were told that the foreigner was suffering from emphysema for almost five years.
