FORMER Pampanga provincial Board member Mylyn Pineda Cayabyab, the fourth child of businessman Rodolfo “Bong” Pineda, files her certificate of candidacy (COC) for mayor of the City of San Fernando at the Commission on Elections office-CSF on Monday. She was accompanied by her father “Bong,” brother Gov. Delta Pineda, sister Esmie, husband Archen, their children, and supporters. Pineda-Cayabyab said she will bring good governance to the City of San Fernando, the capital of Pampanga province, focusing more on social services and programs.
