PAKIL MAYOR SEEKS HOUSE’ SEAT FOR  LAGUNA’S  4TH DISTRICT

Pakil Mayor Vince Soriano files his certificate of candidacy (COC) for congressman of the 4^th district of Laguna at the Commission on Elections (Comelec) office in Sta. Cruz, Laguna on Monday.  Soriano, who describes himself as an option to effectively represent the province in the House of Representatives,  said among his priority programs include education and sports.  It was under Soriano’s term when Pakil became the first municipality in the province of Laguna and the whole Calabarzon region to enact a Freedom of Information (FOI) ordinance.
