POLICE on Friday arrested a man for possession of several guns and bullets in a raid at his house in Angeles City, Pampanga.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Redrico Maranan, Angeles City police director Col. Amado Mendoza Jr. identified the suspect as Adriano Enoviso Villero alias “Andie Lim,” 44, a native of Bgy. Pikas, Barogo, Tacloban City, Leyte and presently residing in Bgy. Pulong Maragul, Angeles City.
Armed with a search warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court of Angeles City, joint elements of the CIU, along with SWAT ACPO and Police Station 3, went to the house of the suspect.
Confiscated were one M4 replica rifle, a cal..38 revolver, 13 live bullets for cal. .38 revolver, a CZ75 BD pistol, one magazine assembly for .9mm gun, nine live bullets for .9 mm gun, and one box containing 29 live ammunition for cal. .45 gun.
Mendoza said the arrested suspect will be charged with violation of Article V, Sec. 28 Paragraphs A and E (1) of Republic Act 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
