POLICE arrested the suspect who shot dead a waiter during an altercation in front of Hensonville Homes in Bgy. Malabanias, Angeles City on Christmas eve.
Angeles City police director Col. Amado Mendoza Jr. identified the fatality as Terrence Factora, 30, a waiter at Choi Jan Gun resto residing in Bgy. Malabanias Angeles City.
Prior to the shooting, the victim was drinking in front of his house at Hensonville Homes when he had an argument with the suspect.
The suspect went to a Toyota Fortuner with plate number CAP 3462, got a gun and shot the waiter, killing the latter on the spot.
The gunman then boarded the Toyota Fortuner then sped off going to MacArthur Hi-way, Bgy. Balibago, Angeles City.
The companion of the suspect in the vehicle identified as Jayson Sundiang Ramirez, 34, was disturbed by his conscience.
Ramirez narrated to the police what had happened and how the suspect alighted the getaway vehicle at the boundary of Angeles-Dau highway.
During a follow up operation, Station 4 commander Maj. Marlon Ventus identified the gunman as Dennis Naagas Valle, 40, a personal bodyguard residing in Bgy. San Jose, Angeles City.
Seized from the suspect were a black body bag, a cal..45 pistol, two magazines for the gun, and 13 pieces of live bullets for a cal. .45 gun.
Police also impounded the Toyota Fortuner.
