A KOREAN national on Monday allegedly committed suicide by jumping off a building in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
The name of the victim was being verified.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, Pampanga police director Col. Jay Dimaandal said a witness, who was drinking coffee at the garden in front of the building, spotted the victim standing on the terrace with arms spread.
Moments later, the witness was surprised when the victim suddenly jumped from the 16th floor of the building.
The witness was shocked upon seeing the foreigner lying on the ground facing downward. He immediately called the police.
EMS personnel led by Gregorio Cayanan responded and cordoned off the area until members of the Scene of the Crime Office (SOCO) arrived for an investigation.
